Meet the family behind Slime Lab

Hi! My name is Ashley Heaphy, and I'm a local mom of twins here in Ohio. My husband and I have always loved finding fun, hands-on ways to spend time with our kids. After a few summers of trying just about everything, one thing stuck: our kids fell in love with making slime. And I kept thinking — what if we could share that joy with other families too?

So we created The Slime Lab.

Here's the fun part: we're completely mobile. No brick and mortar, no storefront — we come to you. Whether it's your event, your party, or somewhere in between, we bring the slime to you. Right now, you can also catch us at local vendor festivals and farmers markets around the area.

Our goal is simple: to help kids have fun, get creative, and get a little messy in the best way. There's something special about the squish, the stretch, and the satisfying sensory feel of slime — it sparks imagination and lets kids just be kids. We believe creativity shapes young minds, and we love watching that happen one batch at a time.
