Booking & deposits
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Your date is not held until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Need to change plans? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule. Deposit refundability depends on timing — please reach out and we'll work with you.
Safety
Our slime is non-toxic and made from kid-safe ingredients. Please tell us about allergies in advance. Adult supervision is required at all events. A parent/guardian or staff member must be present.
Space & access
You agree to provide a suitable space and access for setup. We bring protective mats and clean up, but cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions of the venue.
